 Hound of the Month – How to Submit 

Welcome to Hound of the Month! This is a space to celebrate the amazing sighthounds in our community.

If you’d like to nominate your (or someone else's!) hound, simply create a post here and include a few details about them. Feel free to keep it short and fun, or share their full story.

What to include (if you’d like):

• Name
• Breed
• Age
• Where they’re from
• Favorite activities (zoomies, naps, treats, etc.)
• A short story or what makes them special
• Photos (the best part!)

There’s no strict format, just introduce your hound in a way that feels true to them.

At the end of each month, one hound will be featured as our Hound of the Month 

We can’t wait to meet your hounds!

Calling all sighthounds of NYC!

Request a new local sighthound group for your city!

Location: Schuylkill Dog Park, Philadelphia (25^th & Spruce St.)

Hi Everyone! RittenHounds has their next monthly sighthound meet up on April 26 at Schuylkill Dog Park. Meet at the fenced in dog park by the 25^th & Spruce Street entrance. No formal structure, just a chance for the dogs to sniff around and for owners to connect. If you’re planning to come, drop a comment below! Look forward to meeting everyone!

Location: Gettysburg, PA

Sharing for anyone planning to attend Greyhounds in Gettysburg this year. It’s one of the biggest sighthound gatherings and always a great weekend. There are vendor booths, group walks, and lots of opportunities to meet other owners and dogs. If you’re going, comment below. Could be fun to coordinate a Sighthound Collective meetup while we’re there.
